Great experience. I booked one session (a message) with Nico to see how it feels before committing to a 5-session rolfing. Nico took the time to listen to my circumstances and a variety of issues, in different body areas, that would be great to address. The treatment itself was thorough and Nico did manage to connect seemingly unrelated areas. I'll be back booking a block of 5 sessions and looking forward to a long overdue healing process.
