I booked an appointment with Nico a day after a 10K run, having pain & soreness around my knee. His approach was gentle yet focused, and his friendly, soothing demeanor was much appreciated. I left the appointment without the niggling pain I felt when I walked there. Very pleased. Thank you Nico!
