Nico was very relaxed making you feel relaxed, he has very clear instructions. After a chat about history and problems he took a look at my posture and then got right into it. Overall came out with my back having had a lot of pressure been released. Looking forward to the second appt.

A different sort of massage , but still good all the same . The massage focused on the connective tissues and releasing the pressure on them .

Although I am experienced in receiving a massage that was my first therapeutic massage and it was a great experience. Not only could I move much better afterwards but I also had less pain from the massage itself the next day. I've rarely met a therapist which such an intuitive understanding of areas that are the most painful and who has been able to relief a huge amount of that ache. Highly recommended.

The hands on treatment has helped a lot, having my difficult to reach muscles stretched out. I learned the cause of the problems from Nico who told me some tips, treatments and stretches that will hopefully help curb further incidents.
