The hands on treatment has helped a lot, having my difficult to reach muscles stretched out. I learned the cause of the problems from Nico who told me some tips, treatments and stretches that will hopefully help curb further incidents.

I used to have massive shoulder problems after an operation. I was told again and again that the chronic pain would probably stay with me. But after only a few months of regular treatments Nico managed to stabilise the joint and it is fully functioning now again. He also is one of the most intuitive and talented body therapists I have ever had the pleasure to meet. And I have been seeing a lot of different ones over the years. So totally recommend him, whether you just seek some relaxing massage or do have a serious issue. He is great at both.
Nico is the best massage therapist i've ever found in London. He works really deeply which i need for my bad back, but still manages to help me relax and he's very knowledgable about the body.
