Attended today have been a customer since the summer . Norma did my hair and butchered my fringe. She cut it too short and different lengths / thickness . I made it clear I wasn’t happy and was told it was fine . Manager called me from two numbers on seeing 1 star asking me to remove it as she didn’t deserve it . No genuine customer care despite knowing I wasn’t happy. I left a detailed review on google and a photo. Treatwell should protect customers from being harassed for their reviews
