The staff were so lovely and welcoming. I feel my hair has never looked better with it’s fresh new look. The girls consulted me throughout the progress offering suggestions and tailoring the whole experience to exactly what I wanted. The girls were lovely, chatty and accommodating as well. Will for sure come again! :)

It was a shame that you can hear all the noise from others talking and music from downstairs. She even had to tell them to be quiet at one point. The treatment was very good and she was very good too but I think I would try somewhere else in future to be able to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
