The waxing technique isn't hygienic as they double dip the spatula. It is also much too rough for facial waxing. Big areas waxed in one go, more tugging, warm wax instead of hot which is harsher on the skin, waxing the same area more than once causing redness and damage.

The attendant was really nice. Sadly I don’t think she was super experienced in the realm of massages. She does however do a good eyebrow which I decided to get at the end as it seemed it’s the top service she gets.
