I had a voucher and it wasn't made clear that the booking needed to be over the phone. The girl was pretty reluctant to let me use the voucher claiming that the online booking portal would take a commission and they wouldn't get paid as much.

Maria did my eyebrows and Lola did my massage and mani/pedi- they were both great and were really skilled, providing really excellent treatments! All the team were friendly and welcoming. Will be back :)
