Again, do not waste your time booking with this establishment. I was left waiting for 30 minutes after my original booking time and then they had the audacity after failing to do my lashes to charge me Ā£20 more than what Treatwell had advised it would be - nails are mediocre at best, gel and design came off after 2 days - not worth Ā£35 and there are so many better options within the same building - nails were uneven, donāt waste your time

Donāt bother wasting your time booking this service at this place - had booked lashes 3 weeks prior and had emailed them several times to complete my patch test and they never got back to me - I arrive for my appointment only to be told that Haleh wasnāt even there and couldnāt do my lashes until 2 days later (I went away the next day hence why I booked when I did) waste of time and so unprofessional
