Everyone else I’ve had do my nails is great but this one girl needs more training. She is very heavy handed, her filing hurts, the nails are never the right shape despite multiple attempts trying to correct it (it’s embarrassing so I just give up) and it’s also uneven filing on the finger/not smooth. Both hands don’t match and lengths are considerably different.

First of all, I was not seen by Michael (the therapist I booked originally) I do not know the therapist’s name and I do apologise if she was on training, however the overall experience was so disappointing! I could not believe two other chairs for pedicure were free but I was asked to sit where the towel was used and nails and skin was on it. At the end of the treatment, the manager came to check up on and there was needed some nail polish to be removed from my skin around the toe nails.

I’ve got my nails done here twice and there’s amazing I showed them the designs I’ve wanted and it’s perfection I’ve been so happy with my nails everytime I’ve gone here would definitely recommend
