Had such a disappointing experience. I booked and prepaid through Treatwell which I let them know on arrival. They confirmed I had a booking for mani and pedi. At the end of the service they told me they had given me a more expensive manicure/pedicure service and I owed them an additional £15. Also told me to book directly not through treatwell. The manicure and pedicure were good but I felt like I was being tricked into paying more and for that I wont be coming back.
