The lady that did my pedicure was an absolute sweetheart - thank you for fixing my nail. The pedicure was fantastic and I will be back.

Will not be returning. I booked & paid for a "Shellac Manicure" rather than "Shellac on Nails" which has a £10 price difference, as I was expecting a water soak, cuticle conditioning/removal, hot towels, hand cream - none of the above were offered. I'm rather confused at what the difference would have been had I had chosen the latter.
Colour removers had previous client's cotton in them when put on me.
Had 3 diff staff who had headphones in & didn't engage.
My nail snapped 5 days later, too :(
