Salon was nice, clean and spacious and staff relatively friendly albeit a little withdrawn/reserved. I didn’t really feel as though I could ask what other products/services they had available as I got a bit of a vibe that they just wanted to get the job done and see me on my way - as it was a quiet day I didn’t really know what to make of it. They were quite chatty with their more regular customers so could have just been because I was a first-timer? Not too sure. Anyway I was quite happy with my acrylic nails in the end, however would have maybe liked them a bit shorter... I think that may have been my fault however as I probably should have been a bit more direct. All in all it wasn’t a bad experience, I’m just not too sure about going back though, as I’d prefer to find somewhere a bit more warm/welcoming.

The technician was so aggressive with my cuticles that they were swollen sore and bleeding the next day.

I had a brilliant Luxury Mani Pedi (under promotion). It was well worth the time spent, carefully done, with attention to detail and my satisfaction. I believe I was seen by David and he was amazing. Only fault was the constant Eminem soundtrack but I am hoping that was a one-off. Will come back!
