I showed the guy a picture of the style I wanted and he didn’t adhere to this. I was given something totally different.Most of the extensions are lumpy, uneven and quite thick and misshaped and when I asked the difference between acrylic and gel powder the woman particularly began to raise her voice because she could explain the difference. I think they charge me for gel powder although they used acrylic. The nails when being applied were painful too.
