After not having my nails done for such a long time I decided it was time to have a bit of me time. I was greeted by such a lovely team who held a conversation with me and I felt comfortable and like a wanted customer. Vanessa was able to answer my questions about pricing and did my nails exactly how I wanted them! I even got a lovely hand massage! Will definitely be returning again. Thank you so so much!

I walked in and they said they wouldn’t do both treatments (gel manicure and gel pedicure) as they can only see one on the system despite me showing them proof I had paid I asked the lady to refresh the page to which she got aggressive and refused to do it and told me to contact Treatwell who by the way aren’t very helpful as they are closed on Sunday.
The guy doing my nails smelt of weed and then he ruined my pedicure and thought I didn’t notice nail on my big right toe application of polish is patchy, then my manicure he left my finger bleeding during the manicure because he pushed my cuticles way to back and it is the worst French manicure I’ve ever had it looks like it was done by a 14 year old !
