Prinny was lovely and very friendly during my wax. However, I was left with significant hair left on my legs and underarms. Prinny told me she was having trouble getting some of the shorter hairs but says she was getting them with tweezers - it was only when I left did I realise that there was still significant hair on my underarm and leg.
When I got home I used strip wax to do my legs and got significantly more hair up. Will not be returning.

From the moment I stepped in to when I left, Prinny made me feel welcome and relaxed.
I went to Prinny with tight hamstrings and explained this. She worked thoroughly on them and they felt brand new after!
Her customer service was tip top PLUS this is best massage I've had!
Will definitely be going back!

Prinny was very welcoming and very happy to have a chat. Massage was amazing, left with no stiffness in neck and shoulders, was definitely needed. Prinny advised to drink lots of water for next 24 hours, feeling great. Will be back in two weeks after half term :).
