I was almost half an hour late to my appointment due to a public transport diversion, but my nail artist was really understanding! She tried her best to finish quickly so I wouldn’t be late to stuff I had to attend to afterwards despite the shortened timing being completely my fault. My nail art turned out really cute despite the rush too and lasted for weeks. Would come again!

The treatment was good, my skin looks visually smoother. But the salon itself is a mess! Cables everywhere, some documents lying around, no seating area, poor furniture, not to mention lack of cleanness. No surprise they have no pictures online. The beautician was kind, but kept on using her mobile phone during facial, waching videos and getting notifications which was least say inappropriate.

Everything was great. Gabriella showed me the different options in terms of size of curl and colour of lashes (something most other places have never done). She seemed super proud of her work and I too thought did a great job. I definitely won’t go anywhere else, thank you!!

Cosmina was so lovely and professional and managed to make my nails better than I had imagined. I always keep low expectations when going to new salons but best nail salon experience that I have had until yet and will definitely go back!
