A lovely experience, I originally attended for a treatment which I didn’t need. Dr Mustafa analysed my skin and identified a range of options that would better address my skin needs, I felt that this was very much two way conversation - in the past I have attended clinics push a therapy and i left feeling sold to without my needs being addressed. Not in this case, the team cared about my skin goals and took my budget in to account advising me on the most appropriate treatments with these in mind. I have now had my second laser treatment with great results and will complete a full course. The team are super responsive and are dedicated to ensuring I achieve the improvements I am aiming for. The experience was enjoyable, the team made me feel at ease and truly put the patients first - I highly recommend.

I needed a local discreet clinic for botox and weight loss treatment. I found Dr Tatiana so lovely and professional. What is so wonderful about the clinic is that its tucked away (but plenty of parking at Hale station and local roads), the secretary Valentine was lovely. I haven't been treated so well at a clinic in years!!! Appointments are easily available in the evenings and they are very flexible if you need to re-arrange (subject to notice). Honestly, as a user of a few local clinics over the last decade, I would highly recommend this clinic. I have had my botox and its perfect. I have just embarked on the injectable weight loss programme and so far so good, no ill effects at all and a much reduced appetite. The staff are qualified medical practitioners so they start you on a low dose to avoid any nasty side effects which may occur. Truly kind and professional.

Absolutely delighted to have found this beautiful and discreet Medical service in the heart of Hale. Clean, friendly, professional. Dr Tatiana was super. Botox treatment done in no time at all. Am now trying their medically supervised weight loss programme.
