Elvin did a great job and introduced me to secret layers. Perfect! thank you Danielle is also making a great latte. I'll be back
Excellent deep cleanse and rehydration. Left feeling as good as new & many people commented on how healthy my skin was looking afterwards
Delightful visit - excellent choice of colours for manicure and executed with precision. Looking forward to going back in 3 weeks for a top up!
Really friendly welcome from the staff who were very accommodating in spite of being so busy! Nice relaxing massage - real treat but not enough to completely relieve my difficult shoulders. Solid effort though!
I used to habitually use Privato,, but I was away a bit and the person who I usually trusted to cut my hair at Privato had gone freelance, so I stopped using it for a while. My girlfriend used this site and let me know that I could get a good discount on a haircut, so I booked and I was met by a fantastic individual called Oliver. I'm terrible at articulating what I want, but fortunately I was able to describe my intent: I needed a smart haircut that looked professional as I was getting headshots for the legal industry the next day. He really didn't need anything more than that; it's so reassuring when you can just give someone your intent and then they're able to deliver a great product without having to use industry terminology (which I don't know anything about). I consider this to be the absolute hallmark of professional services. He was able to then confirm what I wanted, told me how he was going to do it and what it would look like. He felt that a classic look with a slight contemporary slant would be best, and I let him crack on. He absolutely delivered and I'm so happy. I'm quite tentative about new haircuts and hairdressers/ stylists/ whatever they call themselves at the moment, but right from the start he was able to allay my fears and give me a fantastic haircut. It is pricey in Privato, but then you get what you pay for and it seems to me that their prices aren't an exercise in chiseling money out of the consumer, but they really do represent value for money in my experience. I don't know if it counts, but I'm a man and so my haircuts are cheaper generally.
