I had a 21-day manicure just over 21 days ago and it is still perfect. I'm very happy with the quality of service, and the staff was very professional and friendly on the day. Would definitely recommend.
It's my second time there and just like the first time everything was wonderful. Virginie and her team were really good, I was very pleased with what they done to my hair. Also just a very nice place, looking forward to visit them again.
Oliver gave me a wonderful makeover, listened to all my requests as we worked out together what would be the most suitable colour and hair style. Extremely professional but at the same time made me feel completely at ease. Being a student and not a Primrose Hill celeb I was still perfecty comfortable and enjoyed chatting with Oliver.
Will definitely go back and can't recommend enough to my friends. You will be treated like royals here so I'd make use of the awesome deals they offer if I were you!
Overall extremely enjoyable evening, went home with a great cut and colour and I've been complimented by everyone!

I wonder if I might come in at another time for highlights which didn't happen last night. I was in the salon til after 8.30pm and Oliver advised not to get them due to the colour change so this came as quite a surprise and disappointment after so much time. However I was much too tired, thirsty and hungry to push my point and took his advice and I really needed to get home to see it in another light.
The colour is certainly better but it's not what I wanted and if I had known it was going to the only an all over colour change then I would have opted for a stronger colour, it seemed to be a great choice as a base for the highlights but not as my new look alone. It's flat and rather ordinary and certainly no wow factor or transformation for my event on Friday and I have no time to return to you before Friday. It's more of a colour correction and a very good one I might add but I am disappointed.
Oliver was wonderful but I wanted highlights for the transformation I needed and if I had known this I would have opted for a different full head of colour and taken more time to select it. I did bring in photos of the multi tonal look I wanted, a strong look and now I just feel I have a quite ordinary but great quality ash blonde colour, flat with no tones, no highlights. It seems like stage 1 and stage 2 is badly needed.
Oliver did a great job and took so much time I appreciate but the end result is not what I came to you for.

I'm afraid Oliver spend a lot of time with you finished at 9pm.
You agreed to have bleach all over and toner we did use much more product and time than what we should have.
Oliver was very tired I believe you are a difficult case and I advise you to go to another salon yo get what you much wanted and apparently we could not provide you.

Yes, I agreed but this was suggested and kindly offered in addition to the highlights which was the important part. If more product was used then that's not my fault and at no time was I told it would mean no highlights.
I made it clear I much appreciated the time Oliver spent with me. You fail to understand my disappointment and I will certainly not return to your salon, not because of my hair but because of the way you have responded to me.

It was a very quiet s nday. No one else was in the salon. The hairddesser was the most friendly hairdresser I have ever met. He is not a usual "I just cut the very end and thats it..."he was very passionate and did his job quite well!
