I arrived for my appointment and was offered a lovely cup of tea. The surroundings were really inviting, lovely light open space and clean. My therapist was brilliant and I loved the pedicure. She was very friendly and we chatted the whole time. Well worth the money, I will definitely go back.
Just quality haircut in a nicely set up salon. Staff was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Love my super bouncy blowdry!
I enjoyed the treatment it was done with great service and I was very comfortable in the settings. I enjoyed the ambience and the salon was clean and nicely decorated.
I usually find having my haircut a bit of a chore and especially so with the unknown of trying a new salon. I need not have had any concerns though, as the team at Privato were lovely. Not only were they very laid back, but I felt that they took their time to make the whole experience good… even down to the little things like offering me a selection of fruit teas.
Oliver did a fantastic job on my hair and it's the first time in a long time that I've left a hairdressers feeling as though my style request had been listened to and feeling that my hair looked good.
I would highly recommend Privato.
Extremely pleased with my visit to Privato and would highly recommend. Valentina was lovely and very professional - quickest and most pain-free wax I've had! Very reasonably priced too. Will be rebooking in future.
