I had a waxing at Privato and I was very happy with the results. Valentina is very professional and the treatment was not painful at all.

Had a haircut and a blow dry here and I was very happy with both! Also, the staff were lovely. Would definitely come back!

The waxing treatment was done very well by Valentina. My only complaint- not her fault- was the awful and very loud music upstairs which caused me a headache

The waxing treatment was done efficiently and well. I got a headache from the thumping music that was played upstairs which spoilt the experience a bit.

The pedicure was well done. Valentina does a good job. I had to ask for a change of music as this was rather unpleasant to start with.
