I booked the offer of Half head highlights, Cut and Blow Dry for £90.Oliver did my hair, Half Head highlights, cut and blow dry all done by him and it turned out great! Exactly what I wanted! I love my new look, he really paid attention when I was describing what I want and don't want and he delivered! The rest of the staff are very nice and welcoming and there is an overall relaxed feeling in the salon which is ideal. The only thing that put me off is that in the end... well they caught me off guard when they told me that I need to pay an extra of £20 because of all the extra products and toner etc they put on my hair.....Of course since I was so happy with the result I paid the extra £20, bought a hair mask which I needed and was planning to buy, tipped him and left. However adding an extra charge of £20 at the last minute when I haven't been informed about paying any extras at all since my arrival, is somehow unprofessional and a bit dishonest. The whole point of buying that Wahanda Voucher was because I wanted to save some money while trying a new salon,but obviously that wasn't the case. That is the only reason why I didn't give an overall of 5 stars. I think they should communicate that to the customer through their promo deals, so the customer knows what to expect. Anyhow my hair is gorgeous so the job was done properly and overall I'm satisfied with the result.
Relaxing treatment, therapist well experienced and competent. I was expecting the venue to be more luxurious, based on its website and marketing, but in reality it was very average. The W.C was very basic and cramped.
The stylist grasped exactly what I wanted and delivered it! Really happy with my haircut and my experience at Privato.
I really recommend this place for hollywood waxing. Good value for price and quick service. I would definitely return again.
Very friendly staff and waxing was as painless as possible! I was even late and they fitted me in, very good service.
