I was very excited to get a haircut over here as this venue looks beautiful. Very well decorated with kind staff. However it is a hairdresser so all that matters it is the actual haircut which was awful. Parts of my hair were missed and it was disconnected. There were parts on my head where the difference in length was 2 inches! For a salon like this it is totally unacceptable. This haircut cost me £37!!! 2 days after I found time to go to a £10 hairdresser who fixed my hair and I look presentable again. Even after contacting the salon and sending them photographs showing the messy haircut I was refused to be given a refund or partial refund. Instead I was offered to come back to the salon to see what happened and what not. I really don’t trust to go to this place ever again and it is really not convenient for me to offer this solution as it is totally helpless. I will not take a risk again of spending big money for a haircut like that! I wish I could give 0 star review.

Lovely haircut and general tidy up by Sam. I always feel I've been well looked after at Ottoman Crew. There's a nice ambience to the place, sat on the sofa waiting (with a beverage) is relaxing rather than tedious.
