I arrived and no one was there. I even called to say I was running late and no one picked up the phone so I can’t really rate the service as I didn’t receive one

Unfortunately this was a terrible experience for us. We showed Priya a photo of a previous haircut my mum wanted, and I specifically asked her for "shoulder length". Later, my mum repeated that she wanted it “not too short” and at “shoulder length”. However, Priya blatantly ignored this. My mum now absolutely hates this extremely short haircut which she has to live with every day until it grows out. She is obviously very unhappy with this. The lengths were cut asymmetrically and when this was pointed out, Priya said “it is meant to be one side longer than the other side" instead of actually fixing it. What kind of hairdresser says this?
I also had a haircut, but it was very simple, so I have no issues with the end result. However, I had to request for her to cut the fringe of my hair as she forgot to ask me what I wanted, and had already started to blow dry my hair after cutting the back.
The way Priya handled my hair also makes me believe that she is an absolute novice at hairdressing.
Strongly do not recommend this place. Please spend your money elsewhere, and avoid Priya’s Hair & Beauty for haircuts, for your own sake.
