The lady cut the acrylic nail too far down to my natural nail which left the skin cut and exposed before then having to soak the nails in the remover.
I also mentioned several times that my nails were delicate and sore, but this was ignored during the removal.
General cleanliness and hygiene of the nail bar area was very poor. Removal took over 45 minutes.
