Hajra was a lovely woman. She had lots of positive chat about her. However,this was the worst waxing experience of my life and it has totally put me off ever having one again. The hot was was layered on and she couldn’t get a purchase, so struggled to rip it off smoothly. She also didn’t pull my skin taught and the pain was awful. She had to go over and over the same area as she didn’t get the hairs successfully first or 2nd time. She asked me to ‘stop sweating’ and doused me in talc.
