Always a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly. Had an issue with my eyebrow threading, corner of my eyebrow was removed and has to be filled in as a result. A bit disappointing. Will go back for waxing and possibly select a different therapist.

Had French gels on hands. When using cuticle cutters kept nipping my skin making it bleed. Cut way to close so all sore and now skin peeling. On little finger and thumb already gel is coming off. Would have gone back to get redone but haven't got the time now as school holidays. Nails look great other than that.
