Definitely the best colour I've ever had. it looks so natural and feels amazing. Andrea was really friendly and made me feel very welcome. It was very busy while I was there but the staff kept a really relaxed calm atmosphere, and even though my treatment involved waiting for 40 minutes for the colour to take I wasn't ignored, despite all the other customers and the phone ringing off the hook, and i was even given a free cup of tea, it was really nice I've already booked to go back in a few weeks and I'm booking my daughter. Definitely recommend Beauty Studio Images!!!

First of all, I Was on time and had to wait outside for the shop to open when a member of staff turned up late with her 2 kids, not even an apology. Secondly, I asked to be out within the hour which I was told would not be an issue, didn’t get out until 20 mins after agreed time. Excessive hairspray after every piece of hair was blow dried... even after I asked for no hairspray. I couldn’t get a garden rake through my hair when I left and all the curls dropped out because of the extra weight! Amateurs need retraining, should have saved myself the money and stress by doing it myself as I know I could have done a better job.
