I'm not sure if Alexandra was my therapist, as there were 2. The lady who prepared my lashed was extremely unprofessional. Throughout the treatment, she would lean her hand & arm, with the weight of most of her body, on my face, including my lips, nose and eyelids. I tried giving her signals that this was not ok, but she seemed oblivious.
My eyes took a while to adjust after I opened them, due to the pressure put on them. The lady also wore her mask incorrectly leaving me to inhale her breath.
