I was quite anxious about getting my lashes done so I was very fidgety which I understand can be frustrating for technicians and I did warn Alexandra about this before we started so just wanted a little bit of understanding but I was greeted with attitude and rudeness which just made the situation worse and I had to finish my lashes early as I couldn’t be in the room anymore. No customer service and made me feel super uncomfortable. Although the lashes do look lovely so I’m sure she’s great.

Great treatment and a nice setting once you’re in the room. It’s a bit hard to find but you go through the main door then up to the first floor where they are in a space shared with some other beauty studios.
