The new clinic is great. Everything was lovely, completely as expected regarding the treatment. Looking forward to next appointment.

I came in for a tattoo removal consultation and patch test with John. He was friendly, good at articulating information for a first timer and very knowledgable. He made sure I was 100% clear on my decision, upfront about costs and what the whole removal process involves. Very pleased with the service, thankyou :)
