I have been having hair removal for a few months. Andrea is very knowledgable, kind, and was able to assist me with suggestions. I had wanted more hair removal than was necessary. As I am blonde, she informed me that hair removal on my face would not be necessary due to the light hairs not being completely visible, and would not produce good results. I was grateful to her for informing me of this. She talked through what would occur during the sessions, aftercare, and other relevant information.
