I had my treatment on Monday. John was excellent at initial contact and kept me up to date about my appointment. He was very good at his job and very nice to interact with too, I would definitely recommend and will no doubt go back again for further or other treatments.
The reason for 4 stars is: this was my very first visit and my very first treatment ever and I was a tad anxious so I wish I had the time to settle in and was offered to read the consent form in my own time prior to treatment.
