I went to Pro Clinic to have a verucca removed. I was assured that it would be gone in one or at most 2 sessions. 2 sessions and £135 later, I still have a verucca. 10 minutes before my 3rd session, after I had driven across town & paid a parking meter, the appointment was cancelled because of broken equipment. Most businesses would have offered a free session to compensate for inconvenience, but I was not. No hygiene measures such as a paper towel on the couch seemed to be used. Not recommended

My 20th session on my tattoo, my tattoo removal journey started back in Sept 2019. You can hardly see it anymore, another 2-3 treatments and I reckon it will be gone.
