I originally asked for ombré nails and showed a photo of what I wanted. Unfortunately as they were doing my nails it became quite evident they couldn’t achieve the look I wanted so they offered to take it off and start over. The finished result when I went for a simpler nail was good but they were clearly annoyed about starting over and was quite aggressive with the electric nail file. Another one of the nail technicians also was quite berating to me regarding the nails being started over.
