I wanted so much to like this new local salon but after 4 mediocre visits I won’t be going back. No atmosphere, staff are uninterested and don’t speak to customers at all, treatments are fine but always feel rushed. Price list for nails is not on display and I’ve been quoted different prices more than once. Cash only so difficult to pay as no cash machines nearby. To top it off, loyalty cards are over £10 meaning if you are a regular customer and you return for your gel nail removal, you won’t get a stamp… not sure that’s the best way to retain customers.

Hannah was amazing and can really see it might be the best pedicure I have ever had! Massage chair along with the warm towel and the hot stones give the extra touch to it!! Will definitely come back!

Excellent Service in a clean and bright salon. Brilliant location, opposite M&S, so did some shopping after.
