No waiting to be seen, Christine was very friendly and explained the process and asked my preferences, she did a skin test 24 hours prior to the treatment and was very professional. She took time and trouble to ensure I was happy with the results and made notes for my next appointment right away. I felt really confident with her and made a second appointment . It's so refreshing to find a place that takes the time to listen. A very good experience.
