variety of services on offer. most recently had deep tissue massage for 60 mins in warm cosy room. Privacy upheld, problem areas and type of massage and priorities discussed prior to session.
Anicka is clearly a knowledgeable and skilled therapist, (I have been seeing her for a year now with different niggles and issues and sometimes just because the treatments are so good!)

I visited with a back problem that Anicka spotted before I even told her. Her assessment based on my training schedule was spot on, and had made me realise that I need regular massage therapy to benefit / complement how I train. Throughly recommend Anicka if you want a Sports Therapist.
