Poor manicure and pedicure with lack of attention to detail. Sloppy work in general and not worth the money.

I booked on the spur of the moment, as I was nearby, and didn't read the reviews: I should've.
Customers are kept waiting and shouted at for no apparent reason and it's not a language gap: just rudeness!
The place is dirty and untidy; it's run by mother and son: she is very impolite, rough and incompetent. I did have to tell her repeatedly to be more gentle and yet my nails were really badly done. Her son, though, was kinder and even agreed to fix her mum's poor job. Absolutely not recommended.

No disinfectant, the therapist didn't even wash her hands between doing another customer's acrilyc nails and piercing my ears. Pulled the gun out of a dirty drawer, half pierced one of my ears and the mechanism jammed leaving me with half a hole. Tried to pick up the earring that had fallen. on the dirty floor.

Amazing. They did an amazing job at fixing a really bad set of nails I got elsewhere. They have so so many colour options. Thank you! I will be returning.
