It is the third time Gini does my balayage and the result is perfect, just like the previous 2 times. This time she also cut my hair, with just the same degree of kindness and professionalism. I had not come for more than a year but she immediately recognised me, acknowledged what I wanted and advised accordingly. It was so nice to have a stress-free hairdresser experience, because I knew I was in the hands of an experienced and caring professional. I love my new haircut and colour!
