This place has been a nightmare. I booked for an appointment about a MONTH ago and on the day of my appointment I received a text from them asking to ‘reschedule’ my appointment as they weren’t open the day I booked (why make it available to book then??) I then tried to get an appointment for weeks after and have not been able to secure one because they’ve always been fully booked. Finally this evening they tell me I can come at 7:30pm and when I rock up I find the salon closed ?!!!!!! Madness. Avoid these people... they clearly don’t want to make time for paying customers. Now I have to try and hassle treatwell for my refund, how fun!

The manicurist was so thorough and friendly, definitely going to book again.
very happy with my spray tan results. the therapist convinced me to go a little darker and I'm very pleased with the result.
Good service as ever at ProHands. Best to book directly if you can as I've had a couple of issues booking through Treatwell the last couple of times.
