I booked just a shellac polish and nail art - she was very kind and happy to design anything I wanted and did it nicely.
I said I had just filed my nails short and told her but she still re-filed them so it was a bit painful and they’re really super short now.

I went to this salon having booked acrylic overlays and paid in advance. When explaining what I wanted, it became clear I had booked completely the wrong thing and I should have booked full acrylics (tips and shellac). This wasn’t a problem at all and they very kindly gave me exactly what I wanted, no fuss at all and even waivered the extra charge (full acrylics more expensive) as I was a first time customer. Will definitely be going back :)

The person who was cutting my hair spend all appointment talking with someone, ignoring me completely, I didn't feel comfortable also her hair cutting technique is rubbish, do not go there, I need to wait a month to grow hair little bit to be fix.
