The fabulous girls at Proud Thai Spa were all happy and welcoming. I had a gorgeous Mani/Pedi by the wonderful Sam. She is so knowledgeable about her profession she explained to me about Dry pedicures and Wet Pedicures not being right for everyone's feet. My gorgeous shellac lasted for ages!
I have my waxing done with Natasha who was happy and bubbly through the process making me forget all about the pain.
I also had a lash lift with Pooki. She was so professional even putting me in a private room when I explained about my back problems. I told her about a bad experience I had had before at another salon in Balham offering lash lifting and she was so considerate asking constantly if I was ok. The room was gorgeous and the Spa has the most relaxing atmosphere without being too posh for us normal folk. Massive thanks to the girls.
Really good deep tissue massage - painful during but eased off when it was too much, and felt a lot better afterwards so it did the trick!
