Terrible customer service. Had a lash lift and tint, neither of which worked which I highlighted immediately after the treatment. I was told to leave the perm to develop and I called back that week saying it still hadn’t work. This is a treatment I get often (not at this place though). They refused to refund me (I was told it was because Treatwell take a fee off them they couldn’t refund, despite me having paid in cash) and despite me being polite, I was met with unbelievable rudeness! I wouldn’t recommend here at all. Never experienced such rude staff and refused to give my money back.
