I had originally booked in for a Swedish massage but after explaining the type of back pain I was getting it was changed to a deep tissue massage. The massage it’s self was really good. The decor was modern and very tranquil. The owner is is really friendly and very helpful. This is a great little gem in Balham.

Nely was incredible- best massage I’ve ever had! Made sure the room was warm enough, loved the hot towels & the massage itself was perfect. Would highly recommend!

We opted to pay at the venue rather than online but worth noting that upon arrival there was a sign on reception stating cash payment only. After we proceeded to pay cash after a trip to the cash point (luckily only across the road from the venue) we were led downstairs into a candle lit room and told to undress. At this point I didn’t really know what to do expect but our therapists walked in and asked what we would like. I asked the therapist to focus on my back, shoulders and neck and she didn’t disappoint. Great thorough massage using Thai and Swedish massage techniques combined, only booked for 30mins but could have easily stayed longer. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a quick fix to any tension or a good stretch
