Arrived at this venue and was met by two lovely ladies at reception, who were very pleasant and courteous, as was the staff member who carried out my first ever Brazilian wax.
She was lovely and did a great job, she helped me to relax as I was quite nervous.
If I had any negatives it would be that, at one point the temperature of the wax was a little to warm, and you could easily miss the venue driving past it.
Overall I would return for other treatments there as well as a another wax,I’m glad I choose this venue.

The staff were nice but the manicure itself was a bit strange. I chose a colour and the manicurist could not find the colour for about ten minutes as the colours were not labelled. We tried out multiple different colours and I had to choose a different one. I found the experience quite painful when the manicurist was filing/buffing my nails. She also kept telling me she doesn't like doing short nails which was a bit strange/rude. I really liked the colour but it wasn't until I left that I realised the gel manicure itself was really messy. Three of my nails have air bubbles in, and most of my nails had the colour/bits of glue down the side of my nails. It is awkward as the staff were lovely but I have paid much less and had a much better manicure elsewhere.
