I am always apprehensive about trying a new waxing place as I have thick stubborn hair all over and an inexperienced waxer can just be awful. I have had to stop midway before,it's been that bad! Patricia was great *almost* painless and lovely and easy to chat to. Had underarm, full leg and bikini wax and am really happy with it. Would definitely go back.
