Great deep tissue massage. Very professional and obviously experienced. I’ve got a trapped nerve and the massage really helped me feel more aligned.

Absolutely outstanding massage loosen the muscle right out. Room was layed out lovely so I felt comfy l would definitely go again. Patricia Spencer with her knoweldge made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable, she was amazing, and very professional! I would 100% recommend the PS Therapies in Brighton. Prices are really reasonable too. Can't recommend it enough. Will definitely be going back more regularly now!!
