Waxing was not good as found out later a fair amount of hairs were left on upper lip!
Also, be useful to have a hand held mirror rather having to get off couch to inspect in a darkish corner of the treatment room with not a full mirror.
Shame as nice lady but it is the quality that counts.

Lovely lady with lots of experience. Would use again. Just a little apprehensive with double dipping in wax?

Patricia was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable in her therapy room (which smelt incredible). She listened to me and gave me the look I was after in record time, a true professional.
Had my first wax in two years and it's was great. Pat trial was easy to talk too and put me right at ease!
I will be returning!

Patricia was lovely and so interest sing to talk to. She put me at ease. She used strips however which I prefer not to have for bikini wax - other than that 5 stars.
